My grandmother is Lillie Mae (Lyons) Hampton b. Jan. 11, 1892 to Francis Marion Lyons and Elizabeth Jane Shiels.  She was born and raised south of Greenup.  On the ground owned by the Prentice family.  Their house was straight south of the Prentice Cemetery.  Lillie Mae m. John E. Hampton and raised her 7 children in Greenup then moved to Effingham in the early 1930's.  Returning a couple times and living in the little house up on a hill south of the tressel.  A new house is built below her old place. I have several pictures, I know the connection to most of my family but a few have eluded me.  The first one is of Alfred Featheringill and his wife Ellen Prentice great aunt to Lillie), the daughter of James Peter Prentice. 2. Great Aunt to Lillie: Ermine (Emer) Lyons, wife of William Mullens.  3. Sisters to Lillie: Bess and Elma Lyons, Bess m. to Harry Frye and Elma m. to Hiram Denney.  4. Charles Green and family.  Not sure their direct connection but a Jacob Green was married to Elnora Lyons, Lillie's aunt. .....Connie Bushue
	Green boys are the sons of Jackob and Elnora (Lyons) Green.  Ernest Denney, son of Elma (Lyons) Denny she was b. Feb. 20th, 1883, Lillie Mae's sister.  Grandma Denney could be the mother of Hiram husband is Elma.  Herman Johnson is the son of Perry and Lelia (Lyons) Johnson.  Lelia being the sister of Lillie Mae....Connie Hiram Denney, husband of Elma (Lyons) Denney.  Oliver and Carrie Shiels are the son and daughter of Robert and Hattie (Ozier) Shiels.  Robert Shiels is the grandfather of Lillie Mae.  Hattie is the second wife of Robert.  Mary, Bess and Jane Lyons are sisters to Lillie Mae.  (Mary) Jane m. James Decker, she was b. Jan. 1899.  Bess m. Harry Frye and she was born Oct. 22, 1896.  I am not sure about Mary.  (Mary) Jane and Doyle Decker.  Family called her Jane.  Uncle John Shiels would have been the son of Robert and Elizabeth (Prentice) Shiels.  Perry, Lowell and Jane (Lyons) Decker.  Jane being Lillie's sister. ...........
